EventsAs we prepair for our first competition I will document our practice attempts and let you know what went wrong, what we did right and most importanly, what we learned.
Well I think I have picked our first competition. I originally thought we would have a go at the MIM (Memphis in May) sanctioned contest in DC. After a little research our first will be a KCBS event. That means brisket, ribs, pork butt and chicken. I am confident in my ribs and butt. I do a pretty fair brisket. It's the chicken that scares me.
So it looks like it'll be a lot of chicken, brisket, ribs and butts for dinner the next few months.
